Refund/ Return Policy
All our bonnets are ready-to-ship (that's the beauty of selling in a drop like we do!) and specific to their particular sale. We will work hard to post them out to you within three days of ordering.
We always encourage that you measure your baby's head carefully before ordering to ensure you get your hands on the right size. As our bonnets are sale-specific, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns if the wrong size is ordered.
We conduct rigorous quality control checks before listing all our bonnets,
but if you receive yours and there happens to be a fault, please contact email@example.com and we'll do our utmost to reach a happy solution - whether that's an exchange (if we still have the fabrics) or a shop credit.
